Strive Raises $10 Million Through SATA Issuance

By: www.tokenpost.kr|2026/08/26 18:01:39

Strive has raised over $10 million through the issuance of SATA preferred shares at market price. This amount is sufficient to purchase more than 130 Bitcoins. Strive has conducted the issuance of SATA ATMs linked to its BTC reserves for five consecutive trading days. This method allows the company to sell shares at market prices within a predetermined limit, enabling it to raise funds according to market conditions. The funding mechanism is connected to the BTC acquisition strategy, and SATA is a variable-rate Series A perpetual preferred stock, which requires consideration of the structure of preferred stock issuance in relation to expanding BTC holdings and capital raising costs. The report did not mention the actual issuance size and amount raised in the first half of the year, nor was the frequency of dividends paid on SATA or the annualized dividend rate confirmed. However, the BTC acquisition strategy through preferred stock issuance could amplify profit and loss fluctuations depending on funding conditions and market prices. It remains to be confirmed through separate disclosures whether the funds raised by Strive have been executed for actual BTC purchases.
