When and Where is TOKEN2049 Singapore 2026 Held?
On Wednesday, October 7, and Thursday, October 8, 2026, at Marina Bay Sands, where the event occupies five floors, from 7:30 AM to 6 PM each day, according to the official FAQ. We presented the tickets and program for TOKEN2049 Singapore 2026 as early as September 10: since then, prices have increased, and the list of speakers has expanded.
The organizer expects 25,000 participants from 7,000 companies and 160 countries, 300 speakers, 500 exhibitors, and 1,000 side events, according to its press release from August 6, 2026. These figures are theirs, without independent audit. The event functions like a central station: the conference is the main hall, and the entire city fills with events around it from October 5 to 11.
Singapore is the focus of the organizer's attention this year, as summarized by its co-founder:
<< With the postponement of our Dubai edition to 2027, all our attention is on Singapore this year. [...] We will also unveil new tracks and formats in the coming weeks as we develop the institutional aspect of the program. >>
Alex Fiskum, co-founder of TOKEN2049, press release from August 6, 2026 (translation Cointribune)

Why is Wall Street Invited to TOKEN2049?
Because major financial firms are now selling crypto products, and TOKEN2049 wants to attract them. Viewed as a business operation, this edition seeks to broaden its institutional audience, which purchases the most expensive passes and booths; banks and asset managers are looking for partners and clients there. For them, coming to Singapore is like doing wholesale market research before composing their offerings: they identify products and suppliers before proposing them to their own clients.

The common thread of these profiles is tokenization: representing a financial asset, such as a fund share or a bond, in the form of a token on a blockchain, to exchange it faster and at any time. To understand the mechanism, read our explanation of tokenization. Crypto figures remain predominant on stage: Richard Teng (Binance), Star Xu (OKX), Arjun Sethi (Kraken), the Winklevoss twins (Gemini), Charles Hoskinson (Input Output, Cardano) or Justin Sun (TRON).

One point to know before paying: all tickets are non-refundable, including in case of visa refusal, according to the FAQ. A conference ticket works here like a concert seat: if you do not come, it is lost. Check your entry requirements for Singapore and your accommodation before purchasing.
The kickoff is on Wednesday, October 7 at 9 AM Singapore time, which is 3 AM in Paris. Two things to follow: the new formats of the institutional section promised by the organizer, expected on October 8, and the speeches from asset managers like BlackRock and Franklin Templeton on tokenized funds.
