Company '1708' Rents Space at Lviv Railway Station for 2.1 Million UAH per Month
Company '1708' has rented a space of nearly 1220 m² at the main railway station in Lviv to create a food court with restaurant and fast food establishments, as well as bookstores and souvenir shops. The rent will be over 2.1 million UAH per month, which is 2.5 times higher than the starting price of 835,000 UAH. The auction took place on September 3, with 'Gazda Group' and 'Emotion Holding !FEST' also participating, offering 1.9 million UAH and 1.7 million UAH respectively. The lease agreement is planned for nearly three years with the possibility of extension. The main part of the space is located on the first floor, including a dining hall of 286 m² and a kitchen of 115 m². '1708' plans to open the food court by the Christmas holidays of 2026. The project requires investments of at least 500,000 dollars and compliance with cultural heritage preservation requirements, as the station building was constructed in 1903.
