Ferrari N.V. is the luxury sports-car maker — incorporated in the Netherlands, with its operating headquarters in Maranello, Italy. Its shares trade on Euronext Milan (Borsa Italiana) under the ticker RACE in euros, and it is dual-listed on the NYSE (also RACE, in US dollars). Ferrari is a FTSE MIB constituent and is actively trading, currently executing a €3.5 billion multi-year buyback. Italian retail investors debate it heavily right now for two reasons: a strategy-day selloff that reset expectations, and the arrival of the first electric Ferrari. This page covers where the stock trades and what holders discuss, with no forecasts or price targets.

    Price and listing facts

RACE is an actively traded FTSE MIB name — no solvency, sanction or legal red flags surfaced in our brief — and we publish no live quote, 52-week range or target here. The fundamentals holders quote most: FY2025 revenue of €7.146 billion (+7%), with 2026 guidance later raised to about €7.5 billion of net revenue, adjusted EBITDA of at least €2.93 billion (a margin of ≥39.0%) and adjusted EPS of at least €9.45 (Ferrari FY2025 results, reported 2026-02-10). (At the October 2025 strategy day the 2026 revenue guide had been "at least €7.1 billion" — it was later raised.) The most recent quarter showed Q1 2026 revenue of €1.85 billion with 2026 guidance confirmed (reported 2026-05-05). CEO Benedetto Vigna has led the company since September 2021.

    Board talking points

    1. The Capital Markets Day selloff and the luxury multiple. On 2025-10-09, at its "2030 strategic plan" Capital Markets Day, Ferrari cut its 2030 EV sales target and gave long-term guidance the market judged weak — the stock had its worst trading day ever. Holders debate whether Ferrari's luxury-style valuation multiple is justified; frame this as an open debate rather than a verdict. The 2030 line-up mix was reset to roughly 40% internal combustion / 40% hybrid / 20% electric. A nuance retail investors return to: the CMD guidance the market disliked (the 2026 revenue guide had been "at least €7.1 billion") was subsequently raised to about €7.5 billion with the FY2025 results in February 2026 — so the debate is partly whether the October reaction over-read a conservative first framing.

    2. Does a €550,000 electric Ferrari have real demand? The first electric Ferrari, "Luce," had its world premiere in Rome on 2026-05-25/26 ("Luce" is the production name; "Elettrica" was only the codename). It is a four-door, five-seater with four motors, more than 1,000 hp and a range above 500 km, priced from €550,000 (about $640,000), with deliveries from Q4 2026. Boards debate genuine demand at that price and the brand-dilution risk of a four-door, five-seat departure from tradition.

    3. The reported Jony Ive collaboration. Luce is reported in the press to involve former Apple design chief Jony Ive and his firm LoveFrom — we attribute that to press reports rather than stating it as confirmed fact. Its reception is a live talking point.

    4. Formula 1 as a sentiment driver. In the 2026 season Ferrari sat second in the Constructors' standings at mid-season; Lewis Hamilton ended a two-year winless streak at the 2026 Barcelona Grand Prix (his 106th career win), while Charles Leclerc struggled with the SF-26, about 46 points behind Hamilton. Retail investors openly treat the Hamilton-versus-Leclerc dynamic as a sentiment factor.

    5. Margins, buyback and external headwinds. Holders track the sustainability of roughly 39% EBITDA margins (Q1 2026 defended about 39.1%), the pace of the €3.5 billion buyback, and FX, tariff and Middle East headwinds.

    Outlook

The forward markers are company targets and product milestones, not price levels — and every guidance figure here is a company target, never a share-price prediction. On product, the Luce rollout (deliveries from Q4 2026) and the 2030 mix reset (~40% ICE / 40% hybrid / 20% electric) are the multi-year threads. On the numbers, the raised 2026 guidance (about €7.5 billion revenue, adjusted EBITDA ≥€2.93 billion, adjusted EPS ≥€9.45) and the ~39% margin are the yardsticks holders will measure against, alongside the €3.5 billion buyback pace. F1 results will keep colouring sentiment through the 2026 season. None of this is a price forecast. Equities, crypto and where WEEX fits

A luxury-brand equity like Ferrari and the crypto market are both, in part, plays on discretionary risk appetite and the dollar cycle, and a lot of retail investors hold both. The boundary is still worth stating: Ferrari shares trade only on Euronext Milan (or the NYSE) through a bank or broker. WEEX is a cryptocurrency exchange; it does not list Ferrari shares or any equity, and nothing here suggests otherwise.

Where WEEX comes in: for the crypto part of a watchlist, WEEX offers crypto futures and spot trading across major digital assets. Futures give long or short exposure with leverage — which amplifies losses as well as gains — while spot is direct ownership of the coin. These are crypto products, entirely separate from buying RACE in Milan or New York.
