ISOR is a Solana token that calls itself "Iran Strategic Oil Reserve" (some aggregators index it as "Iran Strategic Oil Resource"). Three facts first, because searches about this token usually get them backwards: the project's own website states in capital letters that "this is a meme coin, no intrinsic value, not affiliated with any government or state entity"; no oil ownership document, reserve audit or verified commodity backing exists; and ISOR is not listed on WEEX and never has been (checked against WEEX's public market APIs and the 2026 delisting register on 20 August 2026). This page is not a buying guide; it is a sourced answer to "what is ISOR", together with the token's real market state.
At least seven distinct contracts on Solana and Base are indexed under the ISOR name (three Solana and four Base contracts with separate Coinbase and CoinStats price pages), plus a completely unrelated project called "ISO Router Token" that pools under the same ticker on GeckoTerminal. The wildly different "ISOR prices" you may see mostly belong to these different tokens. The canonical contract is the one the project site publishes (above). A Coinbase price page is not a Coinbase listing.
| Metric | 26 May 2026 (Bitrue blog) | 20 August 2026 (GeckoTerminal, canonical contract) |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $0.00428 | $0.000006 |
| Market cap / FDV | about $4.28M | about $6,025 |
| 24h volume | — | $9.02 (three transactions) |
| Total liquidity | — | $4,575 in a single Meteora pool |
| Holders | 12,847 | about 2,995 |
In other words, the canonical contract has effectively gone inactive in under three months. One further reportable observation: on 20 August the official site still displayed the very numbers Bitrue published on 26 May (price $0.00428, 12,847 holders) — counters that look live but sat roughly 710× above the same day's on-chain price. That is a documented, checkable discrepancy; we make no claim about intent. The site's stated tokenomics (no tax, no vesting, no team allocation, "permanently locked" liquidity, roughly 1 billion supply) are backed by no allocation table and no independent audit, and its roadmap ("Hormuz settlement layer", "OPEC-aligned settlement bridges" for Q2 2026, which passed with no sign of delivery) contradicts its own meme-coin disclaimer — the clearest single fact in this file for a reader.
No. The project itself explicitly denies any state affiliation and no independent source has verified any connection. The name and branding are a unilateral claim.
No. It is not listed on any centralised exchange, and it has never been listed on WEEX. The only market is one small decentralised pool on Solana.
This page makes no forecast, and no dated all-time high or low is citable for this asset; the dated data available (above) show a fall from $4.28M to roughly $6,000 of total value in under three months.
